Back is coated with textile adhesive, which is activated by the heat of the iron / melts or can also be used as a patch.
Before processing, the garment (without fabric softener!) washed. - Iron over once so that the surface is nice and smooth
When ironing, cover with a thin cloth, approx. 30 to 40 seconds at 180 degrees for ironing/sewing on - the latter is recommended for a better hold
